Extraordinary General Meeting - 22 September 2008

Misys plc is holding an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Monday 22 September 2008 at the offices of Allen & Overy LLP, One Bishops Square, London E1 6AD.

The EGM is being held to seek approval from shareholders for the proposed merger of Misys Healthcare Systems, LLC with a subsidiary of, and acquisition by Misys plc of a majority stake in, Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. Details of the transaction are set out in the circular to shareholders dated 3 September 2008, which also contains the notice of EGM (the Circular).

Annual General Meeting – 30 September 2008

Misys plc is holding its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 30 September 2008 at 12 noon at The Lincoln Centre, 18 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London WC2A 3ED.

A circular containing the Notice of the AGM, and explaining the nature of the business to be conducted at the meeting, was distributed and made available via this website to shareholders on 23 August 2008.

Final Dividend payment

Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming AGM, a final dividend of 4.95p per share for the year ending 31 May 2008 will be paid on 6 October 2008 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 1 August 2008.

Interim Dividend payment

An interim dividend of 2.96p per share for the year ending 31 May 2008 was paid on 7 April 2008 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 1 February 2008.

Direct dividend payments
